Born on December 27, 1980, in the city of Quito. He studied school at Colegio Spellman de Varones, Colegio Letort of Quito, and in 1998-1999 graduated in the Washougal High School in the State Washington, United States. He received his degree of Attorney in Juridical and Social Sciences in 2004, at Universidad Internacional SEK, of Quito.
